2. Sell more with each single purchase. You should try to provide your customers good assortment so that they can find all they need in your store.
3. “Convince” existing customers to buy more often in your store.
4. Advancement of the sales quality and regulation of the mark-ups through reduction of unnecessary expenses. All these rules seem very understandable, but the true challenge, as the matter of fact, lies in understanding the ways in which they should be implemented best and most efficiently. Even though all these rules are equally important, we could maybe say that the second rule is a bit more important then the other three. To sell more with each single transaction, actually, means that each chance offered is employed at most.
