“Owner of a retail object, or more of them, joins Serbian national chain of associated trading through signing the franchise contract with one of ten regional CBA centres, depending on its territorial positioning. Criteria for signing the franchise contract relate to size and location of the retail object, its equipment, liquidity, and the like. Management of each regional centre evaluates its future franchise accompanied member. Until now, they have mostly been recruited from the biggest and most orderly buyers in the gross trading of the centres.”
